I ordered the hand in December 11. Somebody in a support chat asked me to post here to let you know that I don't have a code.

Where's my Halo Wars DD Code?

I was told by customer service to post here. Rachel G. Told me to advise you as follows.

Indeed, I can see it here that the account has pre-ordered Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition lastDec 11, 2016 which means you are eligible to get the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition. Promotional Team is now giving away codes by batch. Your code may be on its way
in a future message delivery drop. Not to worry as I will document this call today including your gamertag and have this reported to our higher Support to speed up resolution. I am positive that you will be getting the code the soonest.

Please provide the details about the date you pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 and that you haven't receive any codes yet from the date you purchased the game and that you have also waited 7-10 days to receive the code.
