Halo Wars A.I speaking is very buggy and everything sounds like a robot stuttering... any help?

Speaking of 343 day, I got a the following for free today:

So now I officially own every Halo game (either in hard or digital copy) Twas a successful Halo day in my book.

Have you tried to uninstall the game then reinstall it again to see if this solves your issue?

(1) Select a gender for your Spartan

(2) Customize helmetless appearance

(3) Select a voice for your Spartan

(4) Select a particular specialty that your Spartan excels at

(5) Select your MJOLNIR armor

(6) Select the gender for your A.I. partner

(7) Customize the appearacne of your A.I. partner

(8) Select the voice of your A.I. partner

..........

Then at this point, you start the Campaign Mode or whatever mode you want to play LOL

..........
