Halo Wars 2 update is a shame

This game won't update properly like other games.

it always download the whole game itself every time it need update. that is download 40GB or so everytime game need an update.

NOW, its getting worse...

I had the 4k assets toggled on in the Xbox One settings and this time the game had not finished the update in 2 days which is weird.

then, I noticed, in middle of the update (meaning I had an eye on the progress), I saw it sudenly getting an re-download from the begining, and my 40-50% of the 40GB download is in vain. it started from 0%...

Seriouly I believe this is not only my problem but many gamers.
