    I pre ordered halo wars 2 ultimate edition. This time most recent doc that came out in don't have access to it. It is trying to charge me for it ifII want to play the new stuff. I have researched it and it is part of the session pass which I have. Any ideas?
    Or who could I talk to to get this resolved.

    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Digital showing as pre-order + no halo wars definitive edition download

    I purchased the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Digital code from Best Buy today and I do not see my halo wars Definitive edition download. On my account its showing as Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition pre order. I bought it today so its not a preorder. Also on
    xbox store it shows I do not "own" Halo wars 2 Ultimate Edition. Can someone please help?

    To clarify did you purchase a digital edition of the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition? Or was this a Disc Copy with an additional code emailed to you?
    This was a digital edition of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.
