    Purchased Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition on 12-9-16. Contacted xbox customer service on 12-21-16 and was told the code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be sent out to email in waves and be patient. Contacted xbox customer service again today and
    was told to post in this forum. My patients has run out! Still no code!! This was a Christmas gift and they can't even play. Someone give me my code!! Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition :(

    I purchased the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Digital code from Best Buy today and I do not see my halo wars Definitive edition download. On my account its showing as Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition pre order. I bought it today so its not a preorder. Also on
    xbox store it shows I do not "own" Halo wars 2 Ultimate Edition. Can someone please help?

    To clarify did you purchase a digital edition of the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition? Or was this a Disc Copy with an additional code emailed to you?
    This was a digital edition of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.
