    I preorder the ultimate edition of Halo Wars 2 and I was supposed to get the Isabella deck and a welcome to the ark DLC I later cancel the digital because I had already had a gift come in for the ultimate Halo Wars 2 and when I downloaded clothes and everything
    I was supposed to get it but I never did I got everything but the blitz pack the Isabelle pack and welcome to the ark please please help thank you

    The preorder bonuses that you are looking for were included with the digital preorders only. As you cancelled your preorder, your account would no longer qualify for the bonuses and you won't be receiving them. If you were supposed to receive items with
    your physical copy, you'll need to reach out the retailer the physical copy came from and inquire with them as we are unable to assist with that.

    To clarify did you purchase a digital edition of the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition? Or was this a Disc Copy with an additional code emailed to you?
    This was a digital edition of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.
