Halo Wars 2 trouble

Halo Wars 2 Xbox Play Anywhere version is currently available through digital download. If you're using a disc copy of the game, you may play the game on an Xbox One console. The feature to play the game disc on a Windows 10 PC is yet to be determined. We
are currently collating suggestions for the improvement of your Windows 10 gaming experience. To request for this feature, kindly send your feedback through the Windows 10 Feedback app. Here are the steps:

1. On a Windows 10 device, search for “Feedback Hub” in Cortana search, then launch the app.

2. Navigate to Feedback in the left menu, then press + Add new feedback.

3. Select the Problem, and share any details you think are relevant, and choose an appropriate category and subcategory

4. Important: If possible, reproduce the problem(s) after clicking Begin monitoring (or Start capture) near the end of the form; Stop monitoring when you’re done.

5. Once you’ve completed the form and monitoring, click Submit.

6. Click Continue using Feedback Hub.

7. Click My feedback at the top, then find the item you submitted (it may take a while to appear).

8. Open the item you submitted, then click Share.

9. Click Copy link, then paste the link here in your response (it will look like
https://aka.ms/ link>).

My pc does not have a disc drive. I can only download things. If I bought a disc copy for the xbox one, does that mean I cant download it on the windows store for free?

As of this time, the license of the game that was purchased through a game disc is associated to the disc. This means that currently, the option to download the game from the Windows Store is not yet available.

We are working on migrating features. We suggest that you follow the steps we've provided on how to submit this as a request.

Do a search for just Halo Wars 2. In the results it should show "Halo Wars 2: Demo, Halo Wars 2, Halo Wars 2: Standard Edition" Try clicking the one in the middle and see if that one will start the install for you. I noticed if I choose the standard edition
it wants to install on the console.
