    Halo wars 2-The game archiving disappeared after restart the game, help plz~


    I have already finished the single player campaign. From 8 to 9 PM last night, I played the game and my game archiving exist, but, then I felt a little lag and restarted the game, but my game archiving disappeared after restart the game. Could anyone help
    me to solve this problem? thx!

    And 'The game archiving' doesn't mean the achievement, it's my game profile. When I enter the campaign mode and choose load game, it just says that the profile is empty. I never save game manually, during the whole game it's auto-save. Hope these informations

    Since the game hasn't officially released in China there may be issues with compatibility since the cloud is in use. If you try to create a save game instead of using the auto save feature does it seem to work for you? Are you connected to Xbox Live while
    playing?

    The auto save feature seems to work fine a few days ago until that night, these days I haven't played the singer player campaign so I didn't know wether it works. And sure I have connected to Xbox Live while playing.

    I'm wondering if you could recover my profile since this problem make me lose all of the 'skull' and the campaign progress, but the ’Phoenix log’ I have collected are still existed.

    We don't have any ability to recover a lost save game unfortunately. You could try to play the game on an Xbox One console to see if the save game would load up, but like I previously mentioned the game hasn't officially released in China, so the issue may
    still exist. Are you able to create and load manual save games? That might be the best way to save games going forward.
