Halo wars 2 standard

so after 3 different tech support calls I was referred here. I'm trying to play halo wars 2 on my pc. It doesn't show up (on my end) in my account library. Now to specify. I don't see it on my end. It support sees it on their end as both purchased and not
purchased. Apparently it's a known but uncommon problem and it has to do with the coding. Either way it's been 7 days since launch and I can't refund it because it shows as a successful redemption (I prepurchased the game and season pass at target). Oddly
the season pass shows up just fine. Does anyone have any new information on the problem or the same problem? Just want to know I'm not alone

Also if I go to the online store it says "halo wars 2 is currently unavailable" half the time and the other half says "it's only a part of a bundle. Available bundles with this item (halo wars 2 standard shows up as a bundle with this item being halo wars
2 standard...."

Really looking forward to the release of Halo Wars 2. Mostly for the story, Halo has a great storyline. But of course for the gameplay itself as well. I do enjoy strategy games too, so its a perfect combo!

I want to know if you are getting Halo Wars 2, and if so what edition will you be getting? I myself have the Ultimate Edition pre-ordered.

Hello Zethanox, I would recommend trying to find all the different variants of Halo Wars 2 inside the Microsoft store. For instance "Halo Wars 2" is available only as part of a bundle, but "Halo Wars 2: Standard Edition" & "Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition" both
show a "Buy" or "Play" button inside their store game hubs. The season pass for HW2 also has it's own store game hub page. Hope this helps

On top of what BwF has suggested, it could be another scenario. Definitely check out if the

Halo Wars 2: Standard Edition page works for you to download first. If it says "Get the game" on that page, click on that to open it up on the Windows 10 Store. That should show you the "Install" option once you do that. However, if you haven't already,
attempt to download Halo Wars 2 onto your Xbox One console (if you have one, or if you have access to one you can use). After you attempt that, you should be able to see it available on your PC to install.

If you are unable to try that, it may be that because you (likely) redeemed an Xbox One token that you are having issues. We'd have to look into other options together if this is the case.

So iv tried all that before and I don't have access to an Xbox one. I'm waiting for Scorpio. I definitely have one for both. I'll add a picture in a second. The store rarely says get game but when it does it takes me to the store app and there it says unavailable.
I don't know what else to really try. The last person who helped me is staying in contact but so far we haven't made much progress. Im trying something right now that a guest at my work suggested and I'll let you know if that works. If it does I'll feel really
stupid XD

very upsetting news. After 3 hours of being redirected again and again they finally said there is not a single damnded thing they can do. My 80$ is eaten by the void. No refunds. No new game. And told me to call 343 which doesn't have a number. Microsoft
legit robbed me. Why sell those stupid prepurchase cards if they don't work. Anyways to anyone suffering from the same issue I even spoke to a manager. We are robbed. Case closed

I'm very happy to see that you got it sorted out! That was actually going to be my next suggestion, as a lot of people don't know about that hidden spot for the My Library section in the Store.
