I contacted your support a while back (early last year) talking about if pre ordereing the game in store it would work on windows 10 because i spoke with the game specialist at the store and they said it only works for Xbox One. The support member said that
it might won't work and they weren't really sure so its better to pre-order it online to guarantee you get the game, so i cancelled my prerecord in the store and brought those window store cards and brought the game online, and then now a PC version is released

Tech and he said that he can only cancel my pre-order online and he will give my money back as currency on the windows store. But i don't want to buy anything else apart from Halo Wars 2 because i've been waiting for this game for 5 years now the first game
was great. So i said is there away you could just give me the codes because you guys basically generate them and he said they can't -_- only stores can have them because they are trying to get people to buy it in the store.

only the first 2 pre-orders on that page was available at that time without the extra steel book, pins and card pack.
