Halo wars 2 po reward

Hi,

I've preordered HW2 Feb 8th and haven't seen the reward on my statement. Neither the spend 50 and get a star on my VIP.

could you please check it out?

I have not recieved my reward credits for the Christmas offer a rewards story despite now owning rise of the tomb raider forza fallout 4 and it's season pass and having preordered halo wars 2 also the new offer for preordering games does not register that
I have preordered halo wars 2 please may I have this issue resolved thanks

 

Separete 2 games and they have not given me my reward?

I need help because i seperte the halo wars 2 ando south park 2 but i dont have my reward, what happend?

 

Preorders do not count towards VIP. It should show as a punch one your games on demand punchcard. If not, you'll want to post in the support section of the forum so they can check it for you.

And shouldn't the purchase have been shown on my statement?

 

Pre-orders do not count towards VIP so it would not have counted towards your VIP boost. Pre-orders will only count for credits or anything if they are part of a specific offer on the site at the time. So your Halo Wars 2 purchase would have counted towards
your Games on Demand Punchcard. Individual purchases are not shown on your Rewards statement. Only offers you have complete.

My purchase is no showing on that bar.

 

The purchase is not showing because it is not eligible. Preorders do not count towards VIP. So since that purchase was a preorder it does not count. It would be eligible for your Games on Demand punchcard though and should show as a punch on that offer.

 

Ok, So I need to spend 50$ on a released game and not preorder it? That doesn't make any sense.

It says spend 50$ on purchase. Which I did. It didn't specify if the title was preordered it wouldn't count.

 

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. It's per the terms and conditions. Any other purchases will count.
