Halo Wars 2 PC - game pass subscription I have never even owned or bought/used prevented me...

manage accounts, but we can point you in the right direction. In order to get this resolved, you will need to contact
Xbox Support one last time and lay out every bit of information you have gathered so far. Going by the messages you are encountering, there seems to be a license issue in which
Halo Wars 2, is not being recognized by the MS Store. The proof of purchase you mentioned having should be enough to have either basic or a higher tier of tech support, reinstate your ownership.

I went through all of those steps. Microsoft has lost my game license and is trying to make me buy it again. I have the receipts and proof that I owned the game. I called the Microsoft support line and was hung up on twice by the xbox support team. Some
of the worst customer service known to man. This is a serious issue, and actually connecting with someone from microsoft who can help me has been impossible. If you are just going to tell me to try contacting xbox customer support, save it. I've already tried
that and wasted 6 hours of my life. If you can actually find someone who can DO THEIR JOB and actually talk to me and help (not hang up or put me on hold for over 30 minutes then hang up), then please respond and advise on how I can fix this massive screw
up by microsoft. If you are just going to tell me to go through the same terrible process that got me to these message boards in the first place, save it. I don't need you to tell me to click a link for the same, awful, customer service that has given me
no answers/help AT ALL. If i don't get this issue fixed, I will become the ultimate anit-microsoft-marketing person known to man. I will make serious efforts to take business away from yall and towards apple or google. Thats not because I am angry, it is because
I don't want anyone to have to go through such a horrible, unfair, and cost-inefficient process for absolutely no reason.

if you have purchased it yourself, you should be able to keep using it.

Let's try and check a few things.

First thing to check, please double check the Account that is signed in at the Store App on the PC, it needs to be the same as the one that was used to purchase and redeem the game.

Also be sure to check
http://account.microsoft.com/services and verify no issues are shown on that page or at any other sections on your account details.

You should most likely also be able to check the purchase history and see any past purchases.

If no issues are shown and you are using the same account then you should be able to download and install the game via the Store app.

That screenshot indicates that you already own the game. Codes were only sent out during the pre-order period for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Now, all digital purchases for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition include the digital version of Halo Wars: Definitive
Edition. If the game is showing up in your library already, there is no need for a code.

Are you able to try downloading the game through the Halo app on the Windows Store? Within the Halo app, select the controller icon and see if it allows you to download the game through that menu.

Yes that screenshot indicates that I own the XBox One version, but not the PC version. As you see, there are two versions of Halo Wars 2. One for PC and one for XBox.

I bought the Ultimate Edition and I should have everything on PC and XBox, but I did not receive a Halo Wars Definitive Edition for PC. It's not in my store library. I do not own an XBox One.

The Halo App is only offering me to buy Halo Wars 1.

If browse the Windows Store to Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition it says that I own this product. It lists Halo Wars Definitive Edition as belonging to this package. If I click that, it offers me to buy Halo Wars Definitive Edition.

Clearly, that can't be right and something went wrong with the activation. Can you fix this?

Your latency problems are due to either who you play with or your own ISP link. 360 gaming is client/server or peer to peer, with the "server" being someone else's console. While there are some games with dedicated servers, they are the exception not the
rule.
