Halo Wars 2 PC Downloade

Hello xbox support. Have a problem with the downloads of Halo Wars 2. When I try to download the game ,Starts the download always new or breaks off . No matter how much gb, 2,6,8,25. Without error. I really do not know what else to do.

Did not receive Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition code for HW Definitive Edition

Hello,

I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition through the Windows Store on PC. I still have not received a code to download and play Halo Wars Definitive Edition on PC. Could I have the code sent?

 

Halo Wars 2 trouble

I bought an xbox one that came with a disc copy of halo wars 2 ultimate edition and a digital copy of halo wars definitive edition. On the windows store, it says that I own halo wars definitive edition and all of halo wars 2's dlc, yet it does not give me
the option to download halo wars 2 on pc. I thought halo wars 2 was an xbox play anywhere game? Do I have to have it fully installed on the xbox for it to work?

There are many possible reasons why you are experiencing issues with downloading Halo Wars 2 on Windows 10. It is possible that the game is incompatible with your device or the computer was recently updated, but wasn’t restarted.

To resolve your concern, perform the following solutions on your computer:

Solution 1. Sign out from Windows Store.

You need to sign out from your account and sign in again to refresh your profile and its contents.

1. Launch Windows Store.
2. Click on the account logo at the upper-right side of the app, and then select your profile name.
3. You have to click on the word Sign out to log off from Windows Store.
4. To sign in, click on the account logo again, and then click Sign in.
5. Enter or select your account to sign in again.

Solution 2. Reset Windows Store to clear the store cache.

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).   
3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   

Solution 3. Troubleshoot Windows Update.

Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter from this link to fix update errors.   





Solution 4. Reset Windows Update.

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then type Services.
2. Click on Services, and then look for Windows Update.
3. Right-click on Windows Update, and then click Stop.
4. Go to File Explorer, and then click on This PC.
5. Open the C:\ drive, and then go to the Windows folder.
6. Look for the SoftwareDistribution folder, and right-click on it.
7. Rename the folder to SoftwareDistribution.old.
8. Go back to Services.
9. Right-click on Windows Update, and then select Restart.
