Halo Wars 2 lags, disconnects and freezes....paying for DLC when i bought the Ultimate Edition

I"ve never been so frustrated with a game yet when it runs well it's a great game. From Day One nothing but lag and disconnects and game freezes that force you to resign or the game crashes. Then the latest DLC The Awakening comes out and you want me
to fork over $20 for an expansion, an addon of two new characters and campaign DLCs......these are all add ons,, not stand alone games. I have to have the full game to play them and yet when i paid nearly $90 for the Ultimate version of the game it included
all future DLCs. And now to add insult to injury I get a 15 minute Mulitplayer ban for the FIRST time after months of disconnects and freezes that are a result of your server........I get banned for leaving the game. YOUR server kicked me , then game froze
and i had to resign out of the game or it crashes.......I want the auto ban turned off............bad enough to get disconnected 7 out 10 games but being banned for it is ridiculous.

Sorry for more of the same post but, I haven't gotten my Halo Wars: Definitive Edition yet.

I bought Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition on February 17th and still haven't gotten the message for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition.

I've had the same issue ever since I downloaded the game on xbox. I used to play on pc and never had these issues. The game crashes as soon as the main menu loads. I have to restart the game 2-3 times until it works.

I do get disconnected from the game every now and then. Usually once a day but I noticed its my connection and not halo wars. The other game I have a problem with is Rocket League. I never get disconnected there but I do see the connection issue notification
on the top right of my screen.

My friends seem to have no problems with the game at all. its weird. I just changed my router settings and I'm hoping it fixes these issues.

As mentioned in the description of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition, codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will go out 7-10 days after your pre-purchase of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Since you just bought it, please post a new thread if you don't get
a code after 10 days.
