On What Level of Excitement Would You Be if..

Halo isn't a strategy game franchise. It's an FPS game franchise with one strategy spin-off. This is more likely for Age of Empires which is a strategy game franchise.

Also Microsoft shut down Ensemble Studios a couple of years so which internal or external studio would be developing this?

 

Age of Empires on Xbox One, I could live with that, bet it's not for consoles though

Could be that ^ the wife loved CaC so she would be thrilled with this.

 

As much as I doubt it will be, i'd love another Halo Wars. The first was ,in my opinion, brilliant.

 

Age of empires would please me no end, spent many hours playing age of empires 2, love that game
