Halo Wars 2 Gold REQ packs not awarding.

I met all the requisites listed. I played one match which is supposed to give you one pack, and then I played a total of 5 matches which is supposed to give an additional two. I was never credited any of the REQ packs.

Support chat told me to post here so a "specialist" could see it. Here it is.

Halo 5 Premium Requisition packs Price?

IIRC the 14 REQ packs are not standard REQ packs. I think they're supposed to have a better chance of giving out high end cards, armour and such over the Gold ones, because they are calling them Premium REQ Packs.

Hello. I still havent received my voices of war req pack that i was told would be sent out after the halo wars championship series last month.

It can take some time for these REQ Packs to show up in the game for you. To clarify fully though, were you able to finish the 5 matches from start to finish including the final stats screen before leaving the game?

WARZONE REQ BUNDLE

The Warzone REQ Bundle provides players with 2 Premium REQ Packs a week for a total of 7 weeks. Premium REQ Packs provide players with the most number of REQs, with the best chance of acquiring Ultra-Rare, Legendary, and Mythic REQs. Players are guaranteed
at least three new permanent REQs in each Premium REQ Pack, if available.

Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

I liked that one too, There are also a few of the other DLC packs from the Forza games that I liked, oh and the voices of war req pack from Halo 5 is cool too. If you consider that DLC.
