halo wars 2 freezing and rebooting xbox one

I'm really really enjoing HW2. really I am. and as you can see from my profile, I am a truly halo fan.

But I'm still a little bit disappointed.

every two missions or so i need to close the game since it is stucked on load screen. and now, starting again from a save file, when the game starts it freeze and after a few seconds the console reboots itself.

looking forward to a patch fixing those issue as soon as possible.

Halo Wars 2 trouble

I bought an xbox one that came with a disc copy of halo wars 2 ultimate edition and a digital copy of halo wars definitive edition. On the windows store, it says that I own halo wars definitive edition and all of halo wars 2's dlc, yet it does not give me
the option to download halo wars 2 on pc. I thought halo wars 2 was an xbox play anywhere game? Do I have to have it fully installed on the xbox for it to work?

 

Halo Wars 2 Ultimate not unlocking Halo Wars 1 on PC

Hi, I've recently bought a prepaid code for the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition (marked as a Play Anywhere title). I'm able to install Halo Wars 2 on both my PC and Xbox One, but Halo Wars 1 will only install on my Xbox One and doesn't show in my PC library.
Please can you advise?

 

Hello. I can see the problem is frustrating you, so I would like to help out. Have you tried unplugging the power brick from the wall and waiting 30 seconds before plugging it back in?
