Halo Wars 2 doesn't run after update and reinstall

If that doesn't work I had the same problem with Halo wars 2 and had to go to the store and reinstall it.

Buddy, in case you have installed the game on D: drive or a different partition than C:
Could you do the opposite? Install the game on C: drive, or in case you only have the C: drive

Create a new NTFS partition, select it as where new content is going to be installed via Windows settings > Storage

One more question , your graphics card driver is up to date?
Try reinstalling it via manufacturer website

Is this happening on Windows 11 or 10?

Did you installed the game from Microsoft Store or Xbox App?

Is this happening only with Halo wars 2?

And which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this issue?

I believe I have used store and xApp, W10.

It shouldn't need C: Drive, the heck MSFT? What if my C drive was a 32 GB SSD?

I'll try that but these bad coders are the worst. GPU is updated and no super recent updates to blame.
