Halo Wars 2 does not recognize the DLC

I bought Halo Wars 2 Complete Edition on PC but the game doesn't recognize that I have the Nightmare DLC and prompts me to go to the store to buy it, but when I'm there, it says I already own it. I see it in my library and have tried to download it manually but the download icon just goes to the spinning circle for a second before reverting to its default state. It's as if it thinks about downloading it but decides not to or can't do it. How do I fix this problem?

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :
Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
May I know where are you trying to install this DLC?
Are you using the Microsoft store or the Xbox app?

If it's the first, can you try using the Xbox app?
Once you open it > select my library and try from there

If the issue persists, tell me briefly what did you tried so far to fix this problem?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases so it would be too soon to see your purchase for Halo Wars 2.

The base game is Play Anywhere, that is, you can use the same license on console and PC, but this is not the case for the DLCs, as these are listed separately in the Microsoft Store for each platform.
