Halo Wars 2 DLC problem

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to access your DLC.

If I were you, I would try to remove and redownload your profile as outlined in

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One. If that does not help you access your content, I would suggest getting in touch with
customer support
and see if they can help you find it.

When you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

Yeah i checked already and nothing has popped up .

have you checked if they are not in the ready to install section of the game? to do it, click on the game and select manage game and then ready to install.

Hello. Thank you for bringing this to the xbox forums. Being a play anywhere title you should. We have 2 different ways to try this first.

1. On your taskbar, select the Microsoft Store icon, then select
More info (three dots) up by your account picture.

2. Select My Library. Any app or game with a Download icon next to it hasn't been downloaded yet. Select the
Download icon to download and install the app or game.

If you can’t find it there try finding and downloading it thru your order history here. Hope this helps.
