Halo Wars 2 DLC content not downloading.

Hello,

I just downloaded the Halo Wars 2: Complete Edition and some of the DLC packs did download but others did not. It has a (!) symbol and when I try to "Install on my devices" none of my devices are showing up even though I am already logged in.

I have already tried to reboot my PC and re-log into the store and it still does not work.

Some dlc aren't included

Complete edition includes season pass dlc and ATN which is mostly campaigns and some leaders

there is still some dlc that is purchase only and not included with complete

Complete I'd the ultimate plus ATN

With issues like these, we recommend Checking your Xbox purchase history | Xbox Support just to make sure that you own the dlc. If that's the case, please try to remove your account and add it back. Also make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date. However, if the issue persist, please get in touch with the game developer to report the issue.

Do you have the Season Pass installed? As long as the Season Pass is installed, you'll be good to go for future content that is released. Since there's currently little information regarding that specific DLC and future DLC for Halo Wars 2 that we can share,
the safest bet will be to hold on until that content is released.

If you don't see the Season Pass in your 'Manage game' page for Halo Wars 2, post back and let us know!

It says
here on the Microsoft Store that Halo Wars 2 is about a 30GB download.

With the Ultimate Edition, you're getting the Season Pass DLC and Halo Wars: Definitive Edition (~9GB), making this
over a 40GB download in total.

The "finished" parts you see are probably the smaller items getting downloaded first. Allow the game to fully download without interruption.
