Halo Wars 2 constantly being dropped from Xbox Services on PC

I've recently just purchased the complete edition of Halo Wars 2, and in less than 30 minutes of trying to play the game, both my friend and I have been experiencing nothing but connectivity issues. When playing co-op campaign, regardless of who is the host, their game freezes and after a random period of time the match ends and says "disconnected from the server" only to instantly reconnect seconds later. When trying to play a skirmish it happens to either one of us. I'm not seeing what the issue would be, as we have gig-speed internet, and not a single game on either Steam or Epic Games has any connectivity issues whatsoever and has low ping (~30ms) at all times. There is no current service outage listed relating to either the overall online service or the game itself. I'm not sure what the fix would be, but it seems like pretty low effort networking issues in any case. Any help or way to get a refund would be great.

Edit: Halo Wars 2 is the only game I own on the Xbox store, because I predicted something like this would happen. Also, I've gotten a response from a suspected bot, so any human support would be great.

Edit 2: Yes, windows is fully up to date.

Sorry about the confusion.

Seeing the fact that you are facing this issue only with Halo Wars 2 and it is the only game you own, it would be best to get in touch with the game developer to check from their end as well.

I'm sorry, but did you read the post at all? I never remotely mentioned Minecraft, and I've stated the issue is not with my internet, it is something on Microsoft's end, seeing as how the only game doing this is the only game I own on the Xbox app.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this situation is causing you.

Below I will list some solutions this issue. Give it a try and let us know the results!

Step 1: Power Cycle the Internet Router:

Unplug the internet router from the wall socket.
Press and hold the power button on the back of the router for at least 15 seconds.
Plug the router back in and press the power button to turn it on.
Wait for the internet access to be granted and check to see if the issue persists.

Step 2: Clear cache and data:

Head over to the Task Manager and close the higher CPU/Memory consuming tasks one by one from the ‘Processes’ section.

Step 3: Update your Windows 10:

Make sure that your Windows has the latest update: Select check for updates now, and then select Check for updates. Or, select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.

Step 4: Preform a clear boot to your Windows 10 PC:

Step 5: Try wired connection (If you are using wireless connection)

Maybe the problem is appearing from your internet connection. If you’re running a wireless connection (Wi-Fi) then make sure to try using a wired network (ethernet cable) for a stable and faster connection. However, if you are using a wired connection, please try switching to hotspot and check again.

However, If the issue persists after preforming the suggested steps above, I would recommend greeting in touch with the game developer to report it.
