    Halo Wars 2 - 'Choose Profile' Issue


    Hello,

    I recently installed the Xbox app and purchased Halo Wars 2. After installing the game, the menu arises and asks me to 'choose profile' in order to proceed. The pop up to do so comes up and disappears instantly. Then the game says 'Profile required - you
    must choose a valid profile to proceed'.

    My set up is an Alienware Alpha i3.

    If nothing can be done, I'd like a refund.

    Halo Wars DE No Code/Download Not Available

    l preordered the digital Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition from the Microsoft Store. Downloaded Halo Wars 2 OK. NO Halo Wars DE.

    I've not received the code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition.

    Please look into this and issue the code.

    Windows 10 achievements not unlocking

    HI

    I'm having an issue with achievements not unlocking for PC games. I finished Halo Wars 2 yesterday and not a single achievement has unlocked. I was signed into my xbox profile in game and I was online so I'm guessing its not a synch issue. I have also had
    an achievement not unlock in Fallout Shelter so I know its not just Halo Wars.

    Do a search for just Halo Wars 2. In the results it should show "Halo Wars 2: Demo, Halo Wars 2, Halo Wars 2: Standard Edition" Try clicking the one in the middle and see if that one will start the install for you. I noticed if I choose the standard edition
    it wants to install on the console.

    ok that worked. It seems odd that the version listed under the game pass is not the one that will allow you to download it...
