    Hi All,

    I redeemed my Halo wars 2 code sent by Eb game. Don't really understand why it takes so long for it to be sent out. they send they will send me the download 7-10 days. Really? Can anyone explain why it takes this long? in this digital age?

    i bought the Halo wars 2 ultimate Atriox edition for the Xbox one and its a PHYSICAL copy of the game and it comes with halo wars definitive edition (downloaded on pc) but i cant get halo wars 2 when ive bought it already, i can only download the first one

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition Missing

    I was told by Eufemio via chat to post here!

    I installed Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Atriox Edition on the 17/2/17 on my Windows 10 PC and I can't install Halo Wars: Definitive Edition! It does say I own this product in the store but no download option!

    Can I please have a new key to get access to this game?

    Windows 10 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.693)

    I actually really like Atriox from Halo Wars 2. He's got tremendous depth as a character and the DLC campaign shows that he has an excellent grasp of lines which should not be crossed

    Hey there,

    That screenshot indicates that you already own the game. Codes were only sent out during the pre-order period for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Now, all digital purchases for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition include the digital version of Halo Wars: Definitive
    Edition. If the game is showing up in your library already, there is no need for a code.

    Are you able to try downloading the game through the Halo app on the Windows Store? Within the Halo app, select the controller icon and see if it allows you to download the game through that menu.

    Yes that screenshot indicates that I own the XBox One version, but not the PC version. As you see, there are two versions of Halo Wars 2. One for PC and one for XBox.

    I bought the Ultimate Edition and I should have everything on PC and XBox, but I did not receive a Halo Wars Definitive Edition for PC. It's not in my store library. I do not own an XBox One.

    The Halo App is only offering me to buy Halo Wars 1.

    If browse the Windows Store to Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition it says that I own this product. It lists Halo Wars Definitive Edition as belonging to this package. If I click that, it offers me to buy Halo Wars Definitive Edition.

    Clearly, that can't be right and something went wrong with the activation. Can you fix this?

    Still No Definitive Edition Code

    halo wars 2 ultimate edition includes Halo wars DE. You should be able to find and download the game under ready to install on my games and apps on your xbox one!

    On PC check the Halo app or the Download and install page on the store!
    It says I already own the game but I get stuck in an endless cycle of "You already own this game" to "Available only as part of a bundle./Not sold seperately"

    On my Xbox there is no option for Halo Wars Definitive Edition in the ready to install list.

    On PC in the Halo app, the definitive edition is listed as "Buy Now".

    I've double checked my order history and to make sure I got the Ultimate Edition and I did get to play Halo Wars 2 a few days early with that bundle.
