    i have 2 in halo with no success that have been stuck for nearly 3 months, i have done the survey multiple times with no contact at all, i did the first survey over a month ago nearly 2

    I have my 10th audio log stuck on done unlocking.. It's very frustrating since i put over 500hrs into this game and I've been waiting for this achievement to unlock since June 1st. I've looked everywhere for a solution with no luck.

    im at 3 months and nothing either, this is ridiculous, i generally love xbox support no matter how i access it but its been very unhelpful in this situation and im getting pretty fed up with it

    I think it is not a problem with cortana, but with achievements in general are having problems. I have some done unlocking achievements and some halo achievements won't unlock as well.

    I have this problem with Halo MCC big list of stuff says "achievement done. Unlocking...". How long can it take to unlock an achievement? 48hrs apparently!? Whaaa!
