Halo:TMC Done Unlocking achievement?

Hi there I played the DLC pack for Halo the master chief collection the ODST add on and two of the Audio log achievements have not unlocked they are as follows:

An Ear Full (find the second audio log) Unlocked on 3 or 4/june/2015

On your Toes (Find the 25th Audio log) unlocked on 4/june/2015

Both are stuck on "Done unlocking since that date! I have had other achievements get stuck done unlocking most of them get unlocked with in 48 hours at the latest a week this is almost a month!

I have followed all the steps in the guide posted on this forum and nothing has worked I hope there is something you can do to unlock them since the only solution I read online on Trueachievements was to delete your save file and do them offline then come
online but Halo is a 500+ hour game and don't really want to lose my save file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since i'm only a few achievements short from completing this game to 100%

Xbox one achievements messed up?

I finished Halo yesterday but ten achievements wont unlock. They all say "Done. Unlocking..."

 

Same thing happened to me. I got the 21st log but the Achievement never popped and it's stuck in Done unlocking. I've tried the steps and they didn't work. I'm just gonna hope they patch this at some point.

 

Still haven't unlocked is there anything you guys can do on your end?

 

The achievement for the 19th Audio Log did this for me and it's been over a month. I've also just had two achievements in Batman: Arkham Knight do this.

 

I would not delete your save file! Achievements will most likely eventually unlock, and I've read that the audio log achievements are glitchy right now. They have been pretty good about fixing this game, but if it says Done...Unlocking it will almost always
unlock at a later time. I'm not sure what steps you've tried, but I would try unplugging your console, router, and modem for 5 minutes and try again to see if that helps.

 

Still nothing.... and its been over a month now like I said everyone has had done unlocking achievements before I have had my fair share they always unlock for me at least within 72 hours at most!

Please can someone look into this if you go to Trueachievements you will see other people who are missing Audio log ones stuck done unlocking

 

KenH2k4, you're wrong, waiting does NOT work. The No Pain No Gain achievmenet sat for 6 months, no unlock. Yes, SIX months. I finally got it to unlock by re-doing the requirements for that achievement in a new way that I hadn't done before.

Sitting on our hands is not the answer. Xbox live needs to fix this issue. Its not just a Halo issue either.

 

Like I said, they ALMOST always unlock. Any time that I've had this happen, they have unlocked, but there are some cases that achievements don't for months.

I don't know if it works for this game, but sometimes joining a friend's co-op game and collecting the logs helps with glitchy collection achievements. I have read that doing it in one playthrough if possible helps.

 

I did all my audio logs in one play through, still got two of them stuck.

I connected a second controller and another xbox account and created a co-op game and started unlocking them for the other xbox account, but they still did not unlock for my account.

Hi Stealth,

once you completed the survey the info was sent off to the relevant Xbox team. They then work with the developer to work out whats wrong. This is the bit that takes time. As soon as the investigation is complete you'll receive an email response to the contact
email address you have registered with Xbox.

 

Still not heard anything back and its been over 2 months now
