Halo the master chief collection

Hi my issue is than im unable to play none of the halo games that are included in the collection except from combat evolved. i´ve been having this issue from months and i even got in a call with xbox and microsoft support but they wouldn't help me and at the time i didn't have enough time to address it.

Every time i try to play one game other than combat evolved a message appears telling me the DLC is no installed and it tries to redirect me to the microsoft store but an error pops and tells me to try again later, I've done anything i can trying to solve this but failed...

hola mi problema es que soy incapaz de jugar cualquier otro juego de la colección del jefe maestro ademas de combat evolved, he tenido este problema por meses e incluso estuve en contacto con el soporte de microsoft y xbox pero no me pudieron ayudar, y en el momento no tenía suficiente tiempo para enfocarme en el problema.

Cada vez que intento jugar un juego aparte de combat evolved aparece un mensaje diciéndome que el DLC no está instalado y me intenta redireccionar hacia la tienda microsoft pero me aparece otro mensaje de error pidiéndome

que lo vuelva a intentar más tarde, he hecho todo lo posible para arreglar este problema pero no he podido...
