Halo: the master chief collection

Tenho essa versão do halo que recentemente foi atualizada, antes de ser atualizada a missão 5 do halo4 abria eu jogava um pouco só que em um determinado ponto o gráfico ficava travado tipo em uma nuvem e eu so ouvia o dialogo mas com a imagem congelada quando
eu movimentada meu personagem ele caia no limbo e ficava la, entao parei de jogar, agora com essa atualizacao eu decidi voltar a jogar achando que teriam arrumado, mas piorou agora eu abro a missão 5 que foi a que eu parei ela carrega entao surge uma tela
preta e o jogo me manda pro inicio do xbox e jogo encerra, eu gosto muito da franquia halo e queria ter a experiencia completa, alguem sabe o que aconteceu pra estar assim? E alguem sabe da microsoft pode me responder e dar uma solucao a esse problema?
