    Storage space is not 500 GB, it's only 340 GB

    Hi there Xbox folk!

    I want to ask something about Xbox One storage space, as you see on the title.

    I have bought Xbox One The Halo Master Chief Collection on today. I set up the console and started to change my settings, and download. I have activated 3 games; Halo The Master Chief Collection , Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Batman: Arkham Knight.
    I saw total storage space 340 GB in My Games and Apps section. The remaining 160 GB used for what? Is it for system? Why it's so high?

    The op is in for a real treat because The Master Chief Collection is around 65 gb.

    Preorder Canceled! I will not support such methodes, what about a second Bluray for the Multiplayer parts?

    Was really looking forward to the MCC but i own all the Games already so i will get over it!

    Talk about semantics, whether the game is on 2 discs or 1, either way it will still be 65GB on your X1 drive

    Download patch or disk either way it still would have to been stored on the hard drive.
