    Halo The Master Chief Collection Freezes and crash after 2 seconds in the first screen


    Halo The Master Chief Collection freezes and crashes after 2 seconds on the first screen, this happens on my Xbox One, on my PC just crashes and says it was due to a critical error, I concluded that my account is the problem since I tried with another
    account and I was able to play.

    Does anyone know how to fix it? I already erased my data from everywhere, I restarted my xbox by pressing the button for 10 seconds, but nothing works.

    i am having the same issue. thats the only game that keeps crashing for me. right now im factory resetting my console to see if that helps
