    So I got it to work by not selecting a storage device, but now I don't know what to do about saving...

    Yes. Mine freezes randomly and during gameplay, esp if I press the pause aka start button. It looks like everyone is aware of this at xbox 343 studios etc. I hope its fixed in the next day.

    Halo: Spartan **** keeps crashing and freezing up on my Xbox 360!

    Game has crashed on me three times at various points so far. I'm able to pick a storage device, but game has locked up during the first mission, the third mission, and finally the fourth mission. I'm shelving the game until a patch can be released.

    Am glade that am not the only one having this problem 343 needs to fix this problem right away I been waiting to play this game ever sents they where going to put the game on xbox one & xbox 360.

    I hope xbox is going to do something about this, and I don't just mean a patch. I bought this on my Windows 8 Phone, my Windows 8 computer, and also my Xbox360. The fact that I have bought this game three times now, and one of them cannot even get past
    the storage device screen is a joke. Microsoft and developing companies, PICK THIS UP AND OWN UP!

    i made it to the second mission got to were it said objective competed and then if froze at after it said that i really wanted to try it out

    I have the same issues on the Xbox One version.

    It randomly crashes for no reason, right in the middle of a mission and I lose all progress.

    Is it just me or does there seem to be a lot of broken games being released these days? BF4,Titanfall,Ascend:Hand of Kul..why is this happening?

    Man that sucks. I really like Halo Spartan Assault, hate to hear about the lock ups. You'd think they'd do some QA before releasing the game on the 360. I play the game on the X1 with no issues at all.
