Halo reqs/info not loading and messing up my xbox each time

Hi I've searched and tried finding a solution but nothing. It started happening in December and fist noticed it in halo 5. Each time I want to play halo for the first time I have to turn off my xbox by holding the X on the console and then turn back
on and then my xbox store will load and all my halo stuff like reqs and progress like commendations or even to buy packs. That would fix it at first. But now after a few games or if I switch games like from halo to something else the game won't connect and
I have to hard restart. My NAT is open, and I've restored my console and have deleted and reinstalled my games and it still does it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please let me know thank you.

It's just a Cache of info to make the market load up quick the next time you go into it, it shouldn't mess up your console. It will be back in your memory the next time you load it. Clearing the system cache removes game updates and clears up space to make
the console run better and usually helps most errors.

yea my party chat always messes up after every game in halo mcc - i have to unplug mic and plug back in each time- also my pins are so far away and sometimes when i push start on an app the cursor is still in the background

I'd recommend heading over and adding to
this thread on Halo Waypoint regarding the issue. I know how frustrating it is to not see your REQ packs load in but I'm pretty sure they'll show up eventually.

Another tip I use often on expert and master locks is to make a save before I make an attempt. That way if I mess up and break all my picks I can just load up the save and start again. The position of the lock changes each time but it gives you a fighting
chance.
