    Halo Reach: Xbox One


    Recently I rebooted an old base Xbox One to use in an extra room in my house and I ran into a few issues with my copy of Halo Reach. The game runs perfectly fine through Halo Master Chief collection on my main Xbox One S, however, according to the store
    on the Xbox One, I do not own the game. I'm not really sure what's causing this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey there Dragonbrother!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get Halo Reach to work on your console. I see that you have tried a couple of troubleshooting steps already, but when you say that you reset the console, do you mean that you tried as outlined in
    our support page entitled
    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One    ? If you haven't done that yet, I suggest to try and to make the choice to
    reset and keep my games and apps.

    Just make sure that before you try that step, that you have easy access to your internet connection and that you know the login info for any important gamertags you may have on your console.

    If and when you get a chance, try that and let us know if that helped resolve the issue.
