    Hi, thanks for stopping by to try and help me with my problem. Halo MCC has released on PC (yay!) I have ran through Reach multiple times already getting all the achievements i can. Only one problem, the game will absolutely refuse to give me the achievement: Generous
    Tipper-Halo: Reach: Beat the par time on Tip of the Spear. I have done it on every difficulty *besides legendary* and even went so far that i have done it by not cheesing the game to cheesing the game by just shooting the AA guns from a safe distance till
    they explode. I have even went out of my way to kill everything in the level (including marines and turrets) and the achievement still wont be given to me despite the fact i have ran that level over 5 different times with my best time being 9 minutes 37 seconds
    ***5 minutes and 23 seconds from hitting par time*** Heck, i could probably recite every line that is said in that level by now.

    Is anyone else having this issue?

    They don't seem to have a category for PC for windows yet (or i am just blind), so i will be posting to the Xbox category for this issue.

    Sadly I do have the same issue but I noticed something interesting. To begin, I dont have the achievement on Steam but I do on Xbox platform. A cording to Xbox 4-1-2020 I unlocked the "Generous Tipper" achievement. As we know we need to beat the par-time
    on Tip of the spear.

    Looking at steam achievement "Just the tip" with the same description: beat the par-time on Tip of the spear. It's not unlocked sadly. now here is the weird thing,

    • Xbox named it: Generous Tipper(Unlocked)
    • Steam named it: Just the Tip(Locked)
    it could be that the naming on there side is wrong so it wont sync on both platforms, it could be not saying that it is. Over all a lot of people are having issues with achievements and it's only waiting for the developers to do something about it. For now
    just check if you have the achievement on Xbox or Steam.

    i just looked on trueachievements and the achievement is buggy some players receive the achievement some dont so i think you have to wait for a update then it should unlock automatically for you
