Halo Reach sudden dissapear

Hello ,

so in awaiting Halo Infinite i check out Halo Master Chief collection. I find out that I dont finish Halo Reach. So i start playing it. Finish two missions. Get two achievments. Turn off xbox and go to sleep. Today i want continue and sudden message appear that Halo Reach DLC is misssing go to store. And yes to buy it. I say to myself what the hell i just finish two missions at night. Try reinstall game , call support no luck. Support says it is not in my purchuase list. My gamepass expire in ninth month so thats not case. I dont remember if i buy it or no (i think yes but who remember few years old game shopping and bank account showme history just three years back) but it bugs me. I play it one day and few hours on same day later i cant. weird. Anybody can help ?

Indeed, that's weird. But you would have to make sure, first, if you indeed have it purchased PattersonCZ. :/ Or if you do game share with someone that owns the content perhaps.

I do advise you search for it on your history of every account that you possibly have:

If you do find it, try to do this on your console:

First clean the cache of your console that way:

1. With the console turned on, hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until you hear a small sound.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Turn it back on.

Note: It may take a while for him to call, don't worry, it's normal.

Then, restore your console keeping the games and apps:

Hello , thank you for your answer i get through this with support. Weird thing i launch xbox today and i can continue playing as nothing happen. Then i turn off xbox to get lunch. Turn it on again and it is not playable again. I read on net people have experience this too sometimes. Some weird licensing /update issue. I guess it happen when you have xy versions of game like bundle , retail , game pass version etc... It is so confusing. You can install game even if you dont own it. Then there is sharing games , different platform version. Its a mess. At this i dont really care. I just wait to Halo Infinite launch. I hope it works.

mee too i was like run for my life cause the hydra wanna eat me and sudden i found the big dragon nest and then when i go back to the hydra pooff dissapear maybe those clams attack it and kill it for me thanks clams...

oh , and how about Bungie telling us that Halo Reach will be the last one , no mare Halos !! now all of a sudden they say there may be one more in the works..... its all about money.... if it attracts it , they will make it , i dont care how many times
they say NEVER.... in the entertainment world the word never just dosnt carry any weight.
