    Halo Reach purchasing problem


    Hello Microsoft,

    . I am having a problem purchasing Halo Reach. When I go to the Microsoft Store and I try to purchase Halo Reach, (on my xbox), When I press confirm purchase it says "Sorry, please try again later." and doesn't
    purchase. So first I pressed "See price" then I pressed "Continue" and after I press confirm, it loads for about 15 seconds before displaying that message. I tried the next day and the day after that one and it still says that. If you need to know, I did this
    all on my Xbox One S (The custom Battlefield 1 Xbox One S) and it has 1 TB of space.

    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any issues. After that try purchase the item on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    Unfortunately it's the way the game is. It doesn't account for you having a bad connection it just see's it as you quitting the game. As far as I'm aware it won't change, I've seen many people complain about it.

    yes that is right. I stay in the LIVE party and reach won't load my information and most of the time it says that it cannot connect to the Halo: Reach servers
