Halo: Reach not working on my Xbox One

I purchased an Xbox 360 disc-copy of Halo: Reach and I stuck it in my Xbox One. It installed, but when I tried playing the Xbox 360 loading logo showed up, the the Reach logo, and then the game crashed. I've tried it 3 times now, it does the same thing every
time. I've been looking forward to playing this. Is there a solution, or should I just return it to Amazon?

halo reach disc said eject the disc. The disc is fine try it on xbox 360

Sorry to hear about the issue! Let's start with these following steps:

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
   
   
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Storage, and then select Clear local Xbox 360 storage. After this, your Xbox One console will restart.
   
6. Play the games as normal and note if the issue continues.

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, the next step will be to completely uninstall Halo: Reach by navigating to the game's 'Manage game screen'. To do this, simply highlight the Halo: Reach tile, press Menu on your Xbox One controller, and select
'Manage game'.
