Halo Reach not installed

Discus and support Halo Reach not installed in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I own Halo TMCC, and i dowloaded both ODST and Reach ican run ODST, but for some reason it says that Reach is not installed, once im in the store,...     I own Halo TMCC, and i dowloaded both ODST and Reach

    ican run ODST, but for some reason it says that Reach is not installed, once im in the store, displays “the product is installed” idk what to do, ive tried unistalling Reach and re-installing but doenst seem to work

    am trying to find out how many gb's the below games take up

    halo reach is not that size.

    halo masterchief collection base launcher game is approx 25GB then reach installed takes it to about 39GB as you can install each game as needed.

    It's not specific to Reach. No BC title game is installing right now.

    I've tried all: restarting the console, unplugging, restore to factory defaults.

    BC installation from phisical disc is broken.

    its by disc to internal hd, no errors at all.... dashboard sshows no picture, just says "install disc" so wen i press install multiple times, nothing happens at all....

    Have you already power cycle on their Xbox One console? Be sure to check out the troubleshooting article that outlines problems
    playing a disc on your Xbox One     if you haven't already. For extra testing, can you play a DVD and see if your console is able to recognize and play it?
