    Halo Reach not downloading, opening Blue Ray player


    went and put the 360 disc into my xbox 1 and the blu ray apps opens with the following error: 0x91d70001

    Google led me to discover other people were having the same issues when Halo Reach first became backwards compatible. I've tried following the steps laid out in previous forum discussions (making sure I have enough space, clearing local 360 storage, doing
    a hard reset / factory reset etc.) and nothing has worked. Has anyone solved this issue or have any other ideas.

    Have you tried downloading blu-ray player from the store?

    Xbox 360 disk on Xbox one launches blu ray player instead of the game

    Recently tried to play Halo Reach on my Xbox one, when I put the disk in (it's a 360 disk obvs) it opens blu ray player then gives me error 0x91d70001.

    Any solutions? The disk is completely clean...

    Have you downloaded the Blue ray player from the app store ? may sort things out??

    Also: What BluRay discs are you trying to play that lock up the BluRay player app, and what BluRays are in poor quality?
    The discs that had issues were Super man and wonder women .. I also now have issues with the games locking up and freezing .. Brand new unit or quality was Super man which has no issue on a Pioneer Blue Ray player .
