    I play a game called Halo: Reach, and in this game, there is a system called File Share. Every time I try to upload a file, it pops up a message reading: NAME IS BLOCKED The name of the creator of this file is not allowed on Xbox LIVE () plzhlp

    Maybe your HDD is full. A flash drive will also work, and it does not have anything to do with being gold or silver.

    If you have the slim 4GB xbox, then yes you will have to get a 250GB or 320GB official drive.
