    Halo Reach - File recommendation failed


    I have two accounts on my Xbox one and both of them have Halo Reach.

    The other account can successfully recommend files to friends but this account can't.

    A message always pops with " file recommendation failed, you are not connect to Xbox Live or the game serve is unavailable"

    I tried: 1. reinstall the game ----- not working

    2. switch to another network ---- not working

    It's not just Call of Duty players... rant.

    Halo Reach was a failed Halo game. It had no sense of balance in it. Halo 3 > Halo Reach.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Definitely odd! Have you tried a re-download if your profile while in the game? Press both the Menu and view button to pull up the Xbox 360 guide and select 'Download Profile' and re-enter your Xbox Live information.

    If that does'n't help please be sure to run through all the steps in our
    Backward Compatibility Troubleshooter including the survey it links to at the end. Thanks!

    I assume you uploaded the clip by rendering it on B.net, downloading, and Uploading it to YouTube. Did you do that, and did you do it recently! Because for some reason, I can't upload the Video file onto YouTube when I try. :/
