Does the disc region match your physical region? It might be that you're running into an issue with the type of disc for your current region.

If you haven't yet, please try a
factory reset of your Xbox One console (while keeping your games and apps) to see if that helps resolve the issue. If it does not, you'll want to post up a new thread detailing your issue fully for the best assistance possible as this thread is several
months old. Be sure to include any error codes or messages that you get along the way.

It seems that when this error comes up it is usually the disc. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the blu-ray player app. If that doesn't work it is most likely the disc. I believe Microsoft is looking to fix the game. Hopefully that helps.

Just helped a customer with same issue and it worked. Just follow the steps bellow.

On your console: Please go to, settings>system>console info> reset your console> Reset and keep my games & apps.

if it didn`t work please Let me know so that I check my resources here further.
