Xbox 360 disk on Xbox one launches blu ray player instead of the game

Recently tried to play Halo Reach on my Xbox one, when I put the disk in (it's a 360 disk obvs) it opens blu ray player then gives me error 0x91d70001.

Any solutions? The disk is completely clean...

Hey there, Escaflowne27! That's an odd error, and the blu ray app shouldn't be launching when you put this game in.

Do you have enough space on your Xbox One to install the game?

 

I had 43 GB, i free some spece up to 138.8 GB and tried again and the same happens, the disc star runnig and the bluray oppens.

Where did you buy the disc from?

 

In the "Gamers" store here in mexico in 2013.

 

Would you happen to have a secondary account that you could sign into and try to launch the game? If so, try that if you haven't already and let's see if it still launches Blu-Ray. If it does, I would probably suggest having you contact 'Gamers' regarding
the possibility of obtaining a replacement disc?

It seems that when this error comes up it is usually the disc. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the blu-ray player app. If that doesn't work it is most likely the disc. I believe Microsoft is looking to fix the game. Hopefully that helps.

 

I unintall the bluray app And went i put the disc in ask me the instell the bluray again.

 

Hey, Escaflowne27! Sorry to see that you're still seeing this error. Let's have you clear out your 360 data on your console first and see if that helps you out. This will clear out every game and profile saved on your console, but it's a necessary step to
ensure that you're starting from scratch.

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
   
   Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
   
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Storage, and then select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.
6. Select Yes. Your console will restart. (This will not affect your cloud-saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)
   

Immediately put in your disc for Halo: Reach after that, and let us know if that works for you!

It doesn't work. I put on the discvafter restar And the bluray opens again. I'm tring get an other console but any of my nears friend had it.

 

I have been having the exact same issue with BluRay opening with the Halo Reach disc.

I purchased the disc directly from Microsoft online store.

Cannot get past the BluRay screen.

Get this fixed. I have tested the disc in a friends Xbox one and no luck

 

Just helped a customer with same issue and it worked. Just follow the steps bellow.

On your console: Please go to, settings>system>console info> reset your console> Reset and keep my games & apps.

if it didn`t work please Let me know so that I check my resources here further.
