    what fixed this issue for me was uninstalling the addon for it in my games and addons after pressing start on the game from the home screen basically just tap the center xbox button then press start on the game then go to my games and addons then delete
    said addon halo reach then go jnto the mcc go to options and career settings gameplay then change installed games then if you have it installed untick the white box click apply then retick the box to white then CLick Apply done should have a 7 gb update
