    a little weird posting this here since it looks like CoD is somewhat rival of halo reach, and almost everyone here will say: "we play reach cause it doesnt have killstreaks or you dont die on 2 shots like on MW"

    and please lets not make this into a call of duty vs halo reach thread Halo Reach Doesnt Work :)

    When an account is permanently banned from XBL everything associated with it is considered forfeit as per the XBL Terms of Service including; gamer score, game saves, ms points, Live time and download content. All of that is gone
    forever. Nothing is transferable and nothing is refundable. That is why it is called a punishment.

    I would recommend you follow the rules you agree to and start over as that is your only recourse. If there is anything on your previous account that you would like again you will need to purchase it with your new account.

    Halo: Reach Defiant Map Pack Doesnt work on new gamertag.

    When an account gets a permanent ban, you lose everything associated with that account, such as DLC, achievements etc.

    So you will need to buy it again.
