Halo Reach doesn't work but fully installed

the only game that doesn't work is halo reach i use steam and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the whole list of games but it still doesn't work i also checked integrity of the files and that also didn't do anything just very lost to how this could happen

Right-click on the game in your library>properties>additional content and check if you can find the packs “MCC Reach Content Pack 2” and “MCC Reach Extended Language Pack'', select them and install. After that start the game and see if that solves the problem.

If the issue persists, I'm afraid you'll have to speak to the game developer directly.

Try downloading Reach onto your Xbox console or hard-drive. That solved the map loading errors on Reach for me a while back. However, the disc needs to be in full working order to fully install the game.

As for the Halo 4 issues, I suggest trying HaloWaypoint.

So you try to install Halo 1 from the MCC and it stops downloading at a certain percent every time? Are you trying to install on an external HD, or the internal one? I assume you've already tried a power cycle? Also have you tried installing other games
and seeing if they will fully install, or if it is just this one game in particular that will not work?

both on the internal and external drives idk what to do both halo mcc and halo 5 don't want to work for me the rest of the halo games work ( reach, odst ce, etc.) But not halo 5 and mcc both pre owned again

Try doing what Echo4Ent suggests. If that still does. Not work you may need to reach out to the official support line for help.

Mine worked. It is now fully installed. I reckon the servers got smashed by the Halo fiasco.
