Halo reach dlc problems

    Halo reach dlc problems


    I recently installed halo reach on my one. I was expecting I would be able to redownload the noble map pack for free, since I previously purchased it. Yet it is telling me I need to pay $9.99 for it. I am not going to pay for something that I have already
    paid for. Is there anyway to get my dlc again without paying?

    Halo: Reach DLC Problems

    I have tried the delete the Bungie Pro Conformation fix and that didn't work. I have tried deleting and re-downloaded the content even after doing a lisence transfer and clearing catche. None of it is working after I purchased the DLC a while back and it
    is all of the map packs including the Anniversary pack. I've been having problems with this for a while. It worked on my other account when I downloaded them but why not this one?

    Dlc help

    The dlc is wierd im only having problems with my halo reach dlc like my flaming helmet recon and maps dont work when i download it from my download history

    There is no expiration date, nor is there any retailer names of the card.

    Seeing as its the older version, the Xbox 360 version, that may have something to do with it. One such possible theory is that thought the content may still be available through codes, some of the content may no longer available at all. Doing a little bit
    of background research, I was able to figure Reach had a regular pre-order bonus and a GameStop 'extra' pre-order bonus which gave you a few extra items.

    It could be very well possible that instead of those items being discontinued despite the code still functioning, that the code was only for the regular items and you were not entitled to the extra retailer specific bonus? I feel like that may be the case
    so it appears as if you didn't get the 'full' bonus.

    Double check the card/receipt where the code is present and make sure it is/isn't retailer specific and also make sure that it didn't have an expiration date or stipulations on redemptions printed anywhere.

    Seeing as Bungie no longer manages the Halo franchise, going through them about a potential 'fix' isn't an option... so you may have to contact 343 about it to see if the entitlement is still even valid considering the age of the game in question.
