    Halo: Reach difficulties

    Dear X-Box,

I have had this problem for a while now, I can't see to level up on Halo: Reach. I am stuck on Warrant Officer Grade 2 and can't progress any further. If you could help me that would be great.

    - Thanks, Jackle2000

  2. Halo Reach Backwards Compatibility Difficulties

Hey, Nick! Sounds like your console is showing the first symptoms of disc read errors. This generally happens when the disc reader is dying a slow death. For some users, the first time they notice it is when certain games aren't recognized, then all games,
    then all discs.

However, that's not to say it's happening to you. Just that it's the first symptom.

If you can, I suggest taking the disc to a friend's or family member's house that has another Xbox One and see if it reads the disc. If it does, then I suggest setting up your console for a repair through our
Online Service Center. If it doesn't work with theirs, then it might just happen to be another bad disc. At that point, I would suggest returning the disc again and purchasing

    Halo: Reach
    from the website Marketplace.

Hopefully that helps you out! Let us know how it goes. Halo: Reach difficulties :)

  3. Halo Reach Backwards Compatibility Difficulties

So I recently bought a copy of Halo Reach for the Xbox one, and the disk was in perfect condition. Whenever I would insert the disk, my console would tell me to "make sure that the disk was an Xbox one disc, cd, dvd, or blu Ray." no matter how many times
I would insert the disk I would get the same result, and the disk would not show up in downloads for me to install. I checked the marketplace halo reach still said "bundle only" instead of "install" and pressing "bundle only" did nothing. ThinKing that it
may be the disk, I got a replacement that was also in perfect condition. I am still having the exact same problem. What might the problem be in order for me to finally be able to play Halo Reach on the Xbox one?
