Halo Reach Cloud Save Games Not Showing Up on Xbox One

I upgraded from 360 to One about a month ago. Prior to trading consoles, I subscribed to Gold and made sure all of my saved games were in the cloud. Yesterday I tried to play Halo Reach on the One - my first attempt to play a backward compatible game. My
saves aren't there. It's like playing the game for the first time. I tried chat support, but didn't get any help other than a link to the support forum. Anyone else having this problem? Any advice? It's very frustrating, because I had no plans on upgrading
from 360 to One because I have so many 360 games I haven't finished. With the news of backward compatibility and the ability to move saved games from 360 to One via the cloud, I decided to take the plunge. And now I can't access my saved games...

My 250GB Hard drive just stopped my xbox working.

I've just had the same problem, 250gb HDD - no longer being recognised in my XBox. Didnt set up the cloud save feature either so BYE BYE to,

All my minecraft levels

MW1, MW2, MW3 save games

Black ops1 save game

Forza 3 save game

Halo 3, ODST, Reach...and bare in mind Halo 4 gets released in 50mins.....

Borderlands 1 & 2

Battlefield....

All game data gone

Crappy xbox!

Now, where is my PS3..?

Xbox One Backward Compatibility Help Needed

I uploaded my saves from my 360 to the cloud.

I have the 360 game installed on my Xbox One.

None of my recent saves show up. It is Condemned Criminal Origins. The last save that shows up is from 2005

I checked and the saves said they were synchronized to the cloud.

Is there a step I am missing?

Reach is the only bc game I have right now, so I don't know if it's just this game or if all of my cloud saves are gone. I am 100% certain I moved all my game saves to the cloud before trading in my 360 for a One.

If there's no game save shown I'm wondering if there was corruption with the install and it affected the save file as well.

I'm not sure about whether uninstalling a game removes saved files that arent backed up. I looked around online and most results just referred to the cloud system (which you mentioned your son doesnt utilize). I did test this out on a game just now (Halo:
Reach) and my save disappeared from the game details after I uninstalled it.

I'm reinstalling it now and I'll reply back here if my save shows back up without having to launch the game and have it sync with the cloud.

with the xbox one all game saves are loaded to the cloud through your account even if you don't have xbox live gold so when you download your profile to any xbox including if you get the new xbox one x then any digital games you own will show up and game
saves will be synched with the cloud game saves when you start up the game.

Since you're on an Xbox One, as long as you are connected to the internet and the Xbox live servers, your saves get uploaded to the cloud. You may wish to try our

storage in the cloud that will better explain the cloud and offer you solutions for recovering your game saves for Fallout 4.
