    Halo Reach - Campaign Black Frozen Screen


    so, everytime i tried to start an solo campaign on the main menu, it gets a black screen and nothing happens,

    then i have to press back or start to get back to menu of the game, tried about 10 times yet,

    the only way i founded to play the campaign, was by going on Organize Game, campaign, then setting a multiplayer campaign and starting without any other players

    :)

    Xbox One stuck on black screen after boot up

    I have been experiencing the same problems, black screen after start up. Halo froze went back to dashboard and couldn't do anything from there. Did a hard reset and only get a black screen after start up.

    Were you playing the Campaign or the new Anniversary Multiplayer Map Pack?

    The Campaign will show as Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, the Map Pack will be
    Halo: Reach.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! If you haven't already, I suggest trying a few troubleshooting steps:

    • From the Home screen on your Xbox One console, navigate to My Games & Apps.
    • Under the Games tab, Select Halo Reach.
    • Press the Menu button and select Manage Game.
    • Press the Menu button on Halo Reach and select Uninstall.
    • After the game has uninstalled, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console has powered off, wait a few minutes and then power on your console.
    • Navigate back to My Games & Apps and select Halo Reach under the Ready To Install section.
    • Select Halo Reach and select Install.
    Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know how everything went. Thanks!

    4 player co-op games

    Are you after 4 player split screen campaigns, or just 4 player co-op campaigns.

    I'm not aware of any 4 player split screen campaigns, but Halo supports 4 player co-op campaigns. You'd have to check each game, but I know Halo 5 and Halo Reach (I'm pretty sure) support 4 player co-op campaign

    Frozen Black Screen

    More than likely this can be solved by holding the Xbox logo on the front of your console until it fully powers down (about 10 seconds). While it is off I would unplug and plug back in your HDMI cable at the console and TV. Turn it back on and try again.
